Returns

Most Mad Notes products can be returned if the item is unused and includes all original packaging. Free returns apply only to manufacturing defects or mistakes made by Mad Notes.

If you need to start a return, contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your product.

Return Procedure

Contact Mad Notes Customer Service and explain the reason for your return. Include photos or videos if needed.

Customer Service will email you a prepaid return label (RL).

Print the RL and return the original package within 30 days.

Refund Processing

Before shipment: Refunds are processed within 48 hours. Most customers receive funds within one week (bank processing times vary).

After shipment: Refunds begin only after the returned product is received and inspected.

All refunds are issued to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Refund Amounts

Full Refund: Quality issues or errors caused by Mad Notes (wrong item, damage, etc.).

80% Refund: Returns due to personal reasons (wrong item chosen, no longer needed, case doesn’t fit your guitar, etc).

Free Cancellation: Orders not yet shipped.

Shipping fees apply if:

You cancel after shipment.

You refuse delivery.

A product must be resent due to customer error.

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Labels are printed exactly as entered.

If an order is returned as undeliverable:

A 20% processing fee applies.

Shipping charges are not refunded.

Redelivery to a U.S. address requires an additional $20–$30 shipping/handling fee.
